About this role
To lead the team at the Woodshed we are looking for a creative, sociable individual who enjoys the challenge of a fast paced environment and who can bring fun into the workplace. The successful applicant will drive forward service standards, build a rapport and establish professional relationships with guests and clients and raise the profile of this local Bar.•Ensure consistent Brand Service Standards are delivered in every area
•Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement
•Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of F&B
•Optimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action
•Set achievable budgets and other short and long term Functional goals
•Provide effective leadership to the F&B teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and for their own career progression
