My client, a leading specialist luxury tour operator is looking to recruit Travel Consultants to join their team.
They are seeking travel consultants with an in-depth specialist knowledge of Italy in terms of geography, resorts, hotels etc.
As a Travel Consultant, your role and responsibilities include:
* Handling queries generated via telephone and email.
* The emphasis is converting the queries into sales.
* The product ranges from flights, car hire, accommodation and insurance to luxury world wide destinations.
* Cross selling to other destinations
Travel Consultant Skills Required:
* Reservations experience within the travel industry.
* Focus on attention to detail
* Strong sales and customer services skills
