About this role

TRAVEL CO-ORDINATOR London 1 yr contract up to £28000
This position is to start early May 2010

To oversee the planning of company trips and comply with financial objectives. To assist staff with their business travel and accommodation requirements for large organisation.

Travel Co-ordinator Responsibilities:

* Liaison with suppliers to book travel and accommodation for overnight trips
* Health and Safety - risk assessments and medical information
* Researching and proposing the best travel and accommodation options for each trip
* Negotiating rates with suppliers and building relationships with suppliers
* Includes booking groups up to 200


Travel Co-ordinator Skills & Required:

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Previous experience dealing with large group bookings.

Travel Co-ordinator Additional Information:

* 9-5 Monday to Friday (must be flexible)
* Excellent holiday 27 days + bank holidays
* Pay up to £28,000
* This contract is to start in May and will be for a year.
