Your Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at TVF (Tillery Valley Foods, we are currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager, the purpose of this role is To ensure the food safety legality and quality of all products manufactured and supplied from TVF site. This includes all incoming materials, factored goods and work in progress. To ensure the food safety and quality systems are operated and maintained in line with our accreditation bodies and industry expectations. Working with a team of 4 Quality Assurance Technicians & 4 Technical Staff, you will work together to improve and ensure Quality Controls are in place. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required - Proven experience in managing and leading a Quality Assurance team
- Industry acumen and knowledge of Quality Systems and measurement methodology
- Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives
- Good communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a standards /compliance environment
